Brain Storming

This is my man. His birthday is two months away, and I realize it may seem a little early to brainstorm, but when you want to make it the best birthday ever you must plan ahead! I have one or two ideas, but dang I don't know if it will be enough. Also, I am terrible about not waiting til the day of and using my good idea earlier than planned and having nothing for the big day. Presents are the easy part: I could think of a hundred things the baby would want. Its the wam bam blow your mind surprise that can be hard....LET THE BIRTHDAY BRAINSTORMING BEGIN!

Old Finds

I found this rock monster my first week of working at the Peddler's Mall. I rarely buy anything for five dollars, but I knew this had Billy written all over it, so I splurged and he was immediately smitten. In my world, five dollars is what fifty is to other people, so it was a big deal!

While Billy and I were Christmas shopping for each other last year, we found this golden gem in a corner of flea market booth. We lost our minds and he immediately came home with us. He is a masterpiece!
