Brain Storming

This is my man. His birthday is two months away, and I realize it may seem a little early to brainstorm, but when you want to make it the best birthday ever you must plan ahead! I have one or two ideas, but dang I don't know if it will be enough. Also, I am terrible about not waiting til the day of and using my good idea earlier than planned and having nothing for the big day. Presents are the easy part: I could think of a hundred things the baby would want. Its the wam bam blow your mind surprise that can be hard....LET THE BIRTHDAY BRAINSTORMING BEGIN!

Old Finds

I found this rock monster my first week of working at the Peddler's Mall. I rarely buy anything for five dollars, but I knew this had Billy written all over it, so I splurged and he was immediately smitten. In my world, five dollars is what fifty is to other people, so it was a big deal!

While Billy and I were Christmas shopping for each other last year, we found this golden gem in a corner of flea market booth. We lost our minds and he immediately came home with us. He is a masterpiece!

Where have you been for so long?

Right here! At our two month old store! It has been very exciting and stressful, but most of all awesome and rewarding! Our computer and camera are both on broke butt mode, so that is why there has been no updates. We have also been understandably busy, but we are hoping to come back in full attack mode on this thing! As long as our new friends let us use their computer! Thank you friends!So our life has been store store store, but its been about some other things too. Lots of our amazing friends and family have come to see our creation. Billy worked his fingers to the bone making Lovers Live Longer Thrift Shop as magical as possible, and everyone seems to love it!
This is the counter that Billy and my dad pulled out of a burned down diner near our home. The other end of it was burned off, so they chained sawed that sucker off there and brought it to our store. It was nasty, and I do mean NASTY. I was even telling him to throw it away, and if I say that, then it's is a big ol' deal. But luckily, Billy had a vision and didn't listen to me and it is beautiful!

This is my knight outfit. When Billy and I decide to get married, I am going to wear this on our honeymoon.

We found the hat, it seems to be homemade out of pieces of a sweater. The top is Billy's tall man sweater. The sexy body is mine.

Sometimes, I don't feel like brushing my hair. This is what happens.

I had to have the ladies at my work brush it out, they did a good job, and now I go to them for all my hair brushing needs.

Camp T-shirt Commission in Progress

I have been working more than usual, which leads to my days off being incredibly intense. Billy and I run around town with our car full of recyclables, things to sell, and things we find along the way. I like to think of us sitting in an over sized version of our boring Mercury Sable with our teeth gritted, flying around curbs on two wheels, throwing recycling in the correct bins. It isn't quite like that though.

Billy has been painting so much! I am so pround of him. These new things are so vibrant and colorful, I can't wait til he is ready to post about them here. You three people that read this thing better ooh and aah appropriately or else!

We are getting over seven hundred of Billy's postcards printed out!!! We can't wait to get in our best gear and hustle hustle hustle all over Kentucky! Dang it, I love that man! He really deserves all the success I know he is going to get. Supersigh. I really really do love that man.

yes......we're still alive

Man, it's been a looooonng time since our last post huh?
Soooo, I guess you're prolly wondering what kind of cookoo junk we've been up to huh? Well.. I ( Billy) got a job inspecting military vests for the Army. Yay right? Nope, laid off last week. But the money was good while it lasted. We bought tons of useless crap and fast food with it naturally.
Umm, so now I've just been painting and makin music like a crazy person. Hopefully by the end of the week I will have finished three paintings and two songs. That's my goal anyway. Go me!
Abbers as been up to her usual tomfoolery. Workin the Peddlers Mall and cleaning up our messy pad. Sometimes we squeeze in a game of badmitten or tennis, ( which we are terrible at haha) or we watch some ridiculous old movie about gangsters who do grafitti lol!
